Our recruitment process

Our process is modelled on best practice and normally includes these steps:
  • Advertising.
  • Short listing (sometimes through a brief phone interview).
  • Interviewing by a diverse cross section of business stakeholders.
  • Feedback to candidates.
  • Psychometric testing (for some roles).
  • Medical.
  • Reference checking.
  • Appointment.
