The European market, along with the US represents approximately 50% of the global surfactants market. As one of the largest producers of fatty alcohols and natural surfactants globally, we believe in situating ourselves close to our customers, while expanding our market reach.

Wilmar Oleochemicals B.V., situated in the Port of Rotterdam, operates a state-of-the-art plant producing fatty alcohols that are main ingredients for home and personal care products. 

Operating over 10 manufacturing plants in three countries, the presence of Wilmar companies in the Netherlands and Europe at large signifies our commitment to the European market and to better serving our European customers. Our main sites are located in and around the Port of Rotterdam, a strategic logistics hub by virtue of its excellent location and infrastructure.  

In June 2024, we had the honour of hosting Enterprise SG and local media at our facility in Rozenburg. This plant plays a crucial role in supplying essential products to consumers across Europe.
