Nestlé, in partnership with Wilmar and BSR, offers a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training program focused on fostering a workplace culture of respect and inclusivity. Acknowledging the significance of these principles, Nestlé is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment, viewing DEI as essential for success in today's diverse business world. DEI is crucial for organizational success, representing both a competitive advantage and strategic necessity in contemporary business. Nestlé prioritizes people and upholds human rights in its culture, emphasizing DEI as central to its values. The workshop conducted by BSR covers essential DEI concepts, policies, and practices, including those of Wilmar and international standards. Additionally, it includes a Self-Assessment Checklist for suppliers to evaluate their DEI efforts, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
